Photography and video are at the heart of how On Point shares its mission. I lead the creative direction, production, and strategy behind our visual storytelling efforts—building a library of authentic, high-quality content that celebrates our students and alumni, strengthens our brand, and connects audiences to the impact of our work.
Photography
Over On Point’s 25-year history, thousands of students have passed through our programs, yet the organization lacked the imagery to fully reflect their stories and successes. I established a photography program to capture On Point’s mission through authentic, high-quality visuals. After identifying a photographer whose bright, upbeat style aligns with our brand, I have led three multi-day shoots, coordinating campus and workplace permissions, recruiting student participants, providing creative direction, and assisting on set.
Through this ongoing effort, we have built a growing catalogue of original photography that On Point owns. These images authentically represent our students and alumni in their real environments and now serve as a vibrant visual foundation for marketing, fundraising, and storytelling across platforms.

Video Production
On Point’s video storytelling began as a creative response to the pandemic, when the organization needed to transform its annual Celebration into a virtual event. Since then, video has become an important part of how we share our mission and impact. I manage relationships with professional production teams, including 325 Productions and Solon Quinn Studios, to produce authentic, high-quality content for marketing, donor engagement, and grant storytelling. For each project, I write scripts, provide creative direction, coordinate logistics, and recruit on-screen talent to ensure every piece reflects On Point’s mission and brand voice.
Through this ongoing collaboration, On Point and our production partners have developed a growing library of video content that can be expanded for future projects. The collection includes student and alumni stories, donor and volunteer spotlights, and event productions such as our virtual Celebration series. These videos, told in the voices of the people themselves, have become powerful storytelling tools for fundraising, outreach, and community engagement. Collectively, they have generated more than 150,000 views and 2,300 hours of watch time on YouTube, helping expand awareness of On Point’s mission and measurable impact.
