From annual campaigns to digital storytelling, I oversee On Point’s full range of marketing and communications initiatives. My work focuses on creating cohesive, mission-driven materials that elevate the brand, engage the community, and inspire support across channels.
Annual Appeals
Earlier appeal letters were stand-alone pieces: single-page stories on legal-sized letterhead with one photo and a brief narrative. While the stories were compelling, the format lacked a unifying theme or cohesive visual approach to tie the series together. 
To modernize and strengthen engagement, the appeal was reimagined as an integrated annual campaign aligned with On Point’s refreshed brand identity and shift toward thematic storytelling. Each letter now connects to a broader campaign concept, creating continuity and anticipation for readers while allowing deeper exploration of On Point’s mission. Updated layouts and typography provide a consistent, contemporary look and make it easy to extend each story across print, email, and social media, maximizing reach and impact across all channels.

Collateral
To strengthen brand consistency across touchpoints, I design and oversee the production of both print and digital materials that support fundraising, outreach, and community engagement. I also collaborate with other departments to refine and finalize digital pieces, ensuring they align with On Point’s visual standards and brand voice.

Social Media
Through thoughtful and consistent communication, I have organically grown On Point’s social media following from just a few hundred to more than 6,000 across platforms. These channels promote events, share highlights, and celebrate student successes, maintaining an active and positive presence that reflects the organization’s mission and values. 
On Point now maintains a strong presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, positioning the organization for continued visibility and engagement among donors, volunteers, and the wider community. We are also developing plans to expand our use of video and short-form content, including YouTube, TikTok, and Reels, to reach new audiences and stay relevant to our student demographic.
